The hotel was luxury and fairly clean, with accommodating staff at every level. I truly enjoyed the room with breakfast included, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. They offered me savoury meals, had plenty of options to choose from. Everything here was great, I would love to stay here again.

The Westin Chattanooga features elegant decor and a spacious layout, made it easy to navigate. The staff were accommodating, assisting me with my luggage . I felt genuinely welcomed.

Absolutely loved the fine mountain views and spacious shower in our guest room. The modern style. We even enjoyed the unique vibe of the lobby with its beautiful fireplace and piano!

The dining at City Cafe Diner was delicious, especially their famous meatloaf. I would have liked more seating options in common areas for better comfort.

the room was a bit dated. and needed some fresh decor. the late-night pool hours were fantastic. and connor, the bell hop, was super helpful throughout our stay. enjoyed having a starbucks right in the lobby, too.

Great vibes and stunning views

Everything was super clean and the staff was really friendly! The food we had was delish, especially breakfast. The valet guys were on point, too. Plus, the views of Chattanooga? Amazing. The only bummer was one rude person at check-in. I had a great getaway!
